There were many local businesses that wanted to be involved with CreateAthon, yet maybe didn’t have direct services that contributed to creative process. StyleBar Chattanooga was one of those businesses and plugged into CreateAthon the best way they knew how, by donating salon services. This hair salon wanted to contribute to this unparalleled event, but how do salon services fit into the CreateAthon mission you ask? There are some well-deserved heroes among the people involved in CreateAthon and a little pampering is just one way that StyleBar can make those heroes feel special. Thank you Style Bar for donating to those who deserve it more then ever.
Featured Supporter: WonderPress
12 AprWith 32 UTC students, 43 mentors, and dozens of other volunteers, WonderPress provided organization to what could have been chaos. Every team was a mix of students and professionals, many whom had not met prior to CreateAthon. Thanks to WonderPress, we could easily know who was who and where they were from. WonderPress donated their printing services for the name tags and did so in an amazingly short turn-around time. They really lived up to the wonder in their name with this last-minute printing job, as well as creating a small memento of the weekend for everyone to take home. Thank you for your saving the day, WonderPress.

12 AprCreateAthon onCampus was honored to have North Shore Yoga instructor Kelsey Stockburger donate her time to help several participants relax with a short yoga session. When 24 hours of work is on the agenda, time to get away from the computer screen or project is key to staying refreshed and invigorated. Kelsey lead our evening yoga session intended to help CreateAthon participants stay revived for the remainder of the event. Thank you North Shore Yoga and Kelsey Stockburger for generously giving your time and talents to CreateAthon.
